Is there really a free trial? Do I need a credit card?

Yes — every plan includes a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to install the app and start your trial. You'll only be asked to confirm billing when the trial ends.

What happens when my trial ends?

At the end of your 3-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan to continue. If you don't select one, access to paid features is paused — your data is never deleted.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time directly from the Shopify app admin. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

How does AI alt text billing work?

AI alt text is available on the Pro plan and includes 5,000 credits per month. One credit = one image. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. The Free plan does not include AI alt text generation.

What payment methods are accepted?

All billing is handled through Shopify's native billing system. Any payment method your Shopify account supports — credit card, PayPal, and more — works automatically. We never see your card details.

Will deleting files affect my live store?

Media Cleanup only identifies files that are not referenced anywhere in your store — products, collections, blog posts, pages, or theme files. Files marked as unused are moved to a trash bin with a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion.

Can I get a refund?

If you've been charged and want to dispute it, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
